Cancellation Policy
Before Accessing Course Materials: If you need to cancel your enrollment and have not accessed any part of the course, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After Accessing Course Materials: Once you log in to the course platform or download any content, the course is considered accessed, and cancellations will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are only applicable if:
- You have not accessed any course material.
- The request is made within 48 hours of your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Please submit your request within 48 hours of purchase. To request a refund, email our support team and include the following details:
- Your full name
- Email address used for registration
- Course name
- Reason for the request
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued back to the original payment method.
Who Does Not Qualify for a Refund
- Please confirm with your probation officer, court, or supervising authority that the course you are purchasing meets your requirements before making a purchase.
- If you purchase the wrong course, you may be eligible for a course exchange or a partial refund of up to 30% of the purchase price. Full refunds will not be provided in such cases.
- Refund requests based on course non-approval must be supported by valid documentation from the court or supervising authority. If valid proof of non-approval is not provided, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will not be granted for purchases made in error when the correct course information was available prior to enrolment.
Exceptional Circumstances
Technical Difficulties
If you encounter technical issues preventing you from starting or completing the course, reach out to our technical support team. We will either resolve the issue or offer alternative options.
Court-Mandated Exceptions
If you are unable to complete a legally required course due to documented emergencies (e.g., medical, legal), we may offer an extension or refund on a case-by-case basis. Official documentation must be submitted.
