Frequently Asked Questions About Our Court-Ordered Classes

I live in Florida now, but my case is in Georgia. Can I still complete the course online and have it accepted by a Georgia court?

Yes, absolutely! Our courses are 100% online and completely self-paced, which means you can complete them from anywhere, including Florida. Many of our students take courses from different states than where their case was filed.

However, we always recommend confirming with your court, probation officer, or legal representative in Georgia to ensure that they accept online courses from our platform. Once completed, you’ll receive a certificate of completion that you can download and submit to meet your requirements.

Yes, the certificate you receive from Court Order Courses includes important details such as your full name, course title, completion date, and the specific U.S. state associated with your course. We proudly provide court-ordered programs for all 50 states across the USA. So, if you enroll in a course designed for any particular state, that state’s name will be clearly mentioned on your certificate to reflect where the course was taken or is applicable. This helps ensure smoother acceptance by the respective court or authority.

If your course isn’t allowing you to move to the next lesson or complete the final quiz, don’t worry—this is usually a quick fix. First, make sure you’ve completed all the requirements on your current slide. Some slides may ask you to select options, click links, or complete short activities before moving on.

Still stuck? Follow these three steps to troubleshoot:

Step 1:

If you’re using a mobile device, try switching to a desktop or laptop. Mobile devices can sometimes run low on memory, which may affect lesson videos and quizzes from functioning properly.

Step 2:

Avoid using Microsoft Edge. We’ve found that it may cause compatibility issues. Instead, use Google Chrome for the best experience. You can download it here: https://www.google.com/chrome/

Step 3:
